Anna Lorraine Rosen
Ph.D. Candidate and NSF Graduate Research Fellow, UC Santa Cruz
About Me:
I am a NSF graduate research fellow at the University of California, Santa Cruz in astronomy and astrophysics. I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in physics and astrophysics at the University of California, Berkeley. My research interests are in theoretical and computational astrophysics with an emphasis on star formation. I use numerical simulations to study the the formation of massive stars and massive star clusters. I am particularly interested in how stellar feedback -- the injection of energy and momentum by young stars -- shapes the interstellar medium. My PhD advisors are Mark Krumholz and Enrico Ramirez-Ruiz.
